Who we are
X Labs L.L.C-FZ (“X Labs”, “we”, “us”) is a Free Zone LLC registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. This notice describes how we process information through xlabs.ventures and the Alert Bot service.
Information we receive and why
If you contact us by form or email, we receive your name, email address, message and anything else you choose to send. We use it to reply and manage your enquiry. Please do not send sensitive information unless we specifically request it.
When you use Alert Bot, we process your account owner's phone number and WhatsApp identifier, one-time verification codes, alert message content, delivery and read status, and call records (time, duration and whether the alert was acknowledged). We use these details to deliver alerts to the verified account owner only.
Website providers may also process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information and access times to provide the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics on this website.
Service providers
Webflow hosts this website, provides form spam protection and processes and stores form submissions. Google Workspace processes email sent to and from hello@xlabs.ventures.
Meta Platforms processes WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Telnyx processes SMS, voice calls and verification codes. These providers process information as needed to provide their services under their applicable terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information or use Alert Bot for marketing, spam or messages to third parties.
We may disclose information when required by law or as reasonably necessary to protect rights or respond to legal claims.
International processing
Our service providers and their subprocessors may process information in the UAE and other countries, including the United States. Their locations and transfer mechanisms can depend on service configuration. We use their contractual data protection terms and applicable transfer safeguards. Contact us for information about providers relevant to your account.
How long we keep information
- Alert message content: 30 days.
- Alert delivery and call records: 12 months.
- Account data: until you delete your account, then for up to 30 additional days.
We delete or anonymise information after these periods, except where a legal obligation or a specific legal claim requires longer retention. Provider backups may persist for a limited period under their own deletion schedules.
Contact-form and email enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up, then deleted or anonymised unless legal retention is required.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask us about information associated with you, or request access, correction or deletion, by emailing hello@xlabs.ventures. Rights available depend on applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can stop Alert Bot alerts at any time by removing your number in your account settings or emailing hello@xlabs.ventures.
