Terms of service

These terms apply to Alert Bot and related services provided by X Labs L.L.C-FZ (“X Labs”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Alert Bot lets AI assistants and always-on agents reach their account owner when something needs attention, through WhatsApp messages, SMS and automated phone calls. Alerts are sent only to the account owner's phone number after one-time verification.

Acceptable use

You may use Alert Bot only to send service alerts to your own verified phone number. You must not use it for marketing, spam, unlawful or abusive content, or messages or calls to third parties. You are responsible for the agents and systems you connect and the content they submit.

Credits, fees and payment

Where prepaid credits or paid features are offered, the applicable price, credit amount and any usage fees will be shown before purchase. Credits are consumed for the service activity described at checkout. Taxes, carrier or platform charges, credit expiry and refund terms will be shown with the relevant offer before you buy. Do not purchase if those terms are not displayed or you do not agree with them. Applicable mandatory refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.

Delivery and availability

We make reasonable efforts to submit alerts through the selected channel, but delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers, WhatsApp/Meta, telecommunication networks and other providers may delay, block or fail to deliver messages or calls, or may experience outages. Alert Bot is not an emergency service. Do not rely on it as your sole means of receiving urgent or safety-critical communications.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these terms, create a risk to others or the service, or where required by law. On termination, unused credits and any refund will be handled according to the purchase terms and applicable law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, X Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for failures caused by third-party networks and providers. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. The service is provided subject to applicable law and any express commitments shown at purchase.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. The competent courts of Dubai, UAE have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer protections that apply.
